I’m an IT professional with over three years of hands-on experience in IT support, with exposure to Microsoft 365, on-premises infrastructure, basic networking, and more.
I’ve worked across both educational and MSP environments, giving me a broad perspective on different IT challenges and solutions. Outside of work, I maintain a homelab where I experiment with Proxmox, containers, and open-source tools to strengthen my technical skills.
I hold multiple Microsoft certifications and am currently studying for CompTIA Network+ and Security+. My long-term goal is to grow into a full-time IT role focused on support or Microsoft cloud services and cybersecurity, where I can apply my knowledge, help businesses, and keep learning.
